What we keep, and what we promise.
Written in plain language. If a sentence here is unclear, that is our fault, and we would rather you asked than guessed.
What we collect
When you place an order we store your name, email, delivery address and order contents. This is the minimum needed to fulfil and support the purchase.
Cart and wishlist contents stay in your browser. We do not require an account to browse or to place an order.
How it is used
Order details are shared with the carrier handling your delivery, and with the payment provider when you complete a payment link.
We send order updates to the email used at checkout. Marketing email is only sent if you subscribed to the newsletter, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years where tax law requires it. Newsletter subscriptions are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
You can ask for a copy of your data or for deletion of anything not covered by a legal retention requirement.
Cookies
We use local storage to remember your cart, wishlist and recent orders on this device. No advertising or cross site tracking cookies are set by this store.

Terms of sale
- Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude import duties where the carrier collects them on delivery.
- Orders are accepted once payment clears. Until then the order can be cancelled by either side.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- Product photographs are produced in house. Small variation in shade is possible between production batches.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FERKAs.Market is registered.
