Plain terms, written before you pay.
Every order ships tracked. Standard delivery is free over $75 and costs $9 below that. Express is $18. Windows below are counted from dispatch, not from checkout.

Duties and taxes
Orders shipping outside the origin country may attract import duty or local tax. Where the carrier collects it, you pay on delivery and receive a receipt. The checkout page repeats this before you place the order, so nothing appears as a surprise.
Returns in three steps
- Open the order. Sign in with the email used at checkout and open the order you want to return.
- Tell us what went wrong. We reply within one business day with a return address or a replacement.
- Send it back within 30 days. Unused items go back in their original packaging. Faulty items ship back at our cost.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.
